She is also President Elect of ARLA Propertymark and will be President in June 2024. Angharad has worked in large corporate agents, tiny independent agents and everything in between and was Managing Director of a large independent agent for 5 years.
An avid public speaker, Angharad has appeared in local and national newspaper and radio, usually to discuss her passion and knowledge of the Lettings industry. She also talks regularly on women in property and helping more young people see Lettings and Estate Agency as a great career.

Simon has worked with industry giants like Fidelity, Emap, Prudential, AXA, Autotrader, Barclaycard, Abbey National, Daily Telegraph, and Northcliffe Media. In addition to his corporate roles, he has ventured into entrepreneurial projects, founding startups such as AffinityIQ, Untopia, and Blue & Green Tomorrow, a leading UK-based online magazine focused on sustainable investment. Simon has held significant leadership positions, including Group Marketing Director for Countrywide Plc and Global Head of Marketing and Partner for Knight Frank LLP. He has also been the interim CMO of Keller Williams UK and the Global CEO of Fine & Country. Simon now helms unchained.marketing, a boutique marketing consultancy that delivers data-informed strategies to its clientele.

As Director of New Business, Ellie infuses her entrepreneurial flair into reshaping the industry's norms. Spearheading valuations, she champions progressive ideals, fueled by her fervent dedication to gender equality. Her brainchild, the "Dear Sirs" campaign, marks her impassioned quest to dismantle outdated salutations pervasive in legal and property spheres. Ellie's vision? Toby Martin
Toby Martin is a failed rock star, standup comedian and English teacher.
But at some point he discovered a passion for property and now channels his creativity, humour and love of learning into running a thriving lettings agency in Bath.
Having worked his way up through every known agency role, from gopher to director, Toby knows lettings inside-out and wears his expertise as a badge of honour. His prolific social media output has earned him industry accolades, and something close to a cult online following.
Toby is also the West Country Regional Executive for ARLA Propertymark, a trustee for The Propertymark Trust, and a mentor with Agents Together.
