Serving the property industry since 2007, my professional journey began as a trainee negotiator and evolved progressively. Transitioning into roles of increasing responsibility, I honed my skills, eventually becoming a Branch Manager. From there, I ventured into establishing and managing a successful contact centre, showcasing my knack for building and leading efficient teams.
For the past five years, I've thrived as a Regional Sales Director, overseeing a network of 15 branches across the vibrant regions of Bristol & Bath. In this role, I've navigated complexities, implemented strategies, and steered teams toward achieving exceptional results. My passion for driving growth and maximising potential within the industry has been a consistent thread throughout my career journey.
